Incident Response
Forensics leadInvestigated a live break-in: six malicious components, one taking commands through Ethereum smart contracts. Reconstructed the full attack timeline from server logs and had the site cleaned, secured and back online inside a day.
I work at the two ends most people skip.
Most of my work sits at the data model underneath a product and the production infrastructure a client's own team eventually has to run. The parts in between are the easy bit; getting the schema right and handing over infrastructure someone else can operate is where projects are actually won or lost.
Since February 2026 at Stradigi Management Consultancies in Dubai, that has meant shipping a project-controls platform for a government cultural authority as sole engineer, architecting a capital-projects intelligence platform for a government infrastructure authority, and leading the forensic investigation into a live breach of a production website.
